PREMIUM RATES
A premium rate of $15.00 applies to the following:
Daily: Between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:00 am
Holiday: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day*, Christmas Eve*, Christmas Day*, New Years Eve* and New Years Day*.
*Shared Ride transportation is not available on these holidays
Guaranteed Payment: All reservations are subject to a guaranteed payment. A credit card number will be taken and may be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Shared Rides: Listed rates are based on a single passenger. Additional passengers up to 3 to/from the same location pay only $5.00 per person. Please allow an additional 20-30 minutes of travel time when booking a Shared Ride. Luggage limitations are two pieces of luggage and one carry-on item per person. By accepting a Shared Ride, the customer receives a reduced fare allowing My Chauffeur the option to share the vehicle with others going to a nearby destination. Shared Rides only apply to O'Hare and Midway airport travel.
Private Car: Customers who travel with pets, excessive luggage, golf clubs, skis, specific smoking requests, or additional stops will require Private Car service. 4 or more passengers will also require Private Car service.
*Chicago Loop parameters are Cermak (2200 S), Western (2400 W) and Fullerton (2400 N)
Children: Children must have a car seat provided by the passenger
Airport Greets: Available upon request in the baggage claim area for $40.00 plus private Car Rate. Airport greets are not available for Shared Rides.
Long Distance/Out of State Trips: Please call for a quotation
Lost and Found: Please make sure you take all of your personal belongings when you exit the vehicle as My Chauffeur assumes no responsibility for missing items.
Additional Charges: Rates are subject to a 10% Surface Transportation Charge, fuel surcharge and gratuity.
PROCEDURE INFORMATION
Reservations: To assist in providing you quality service, we request you book your reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Under normal circumstances reservations can be made with as little as a two-hour notice.
Cancellations: Orders changed or cancelled less than one hour before pick-up time will incur a 50% Charge. 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all charter and specialty vehicle reservations.
Airport Pick-ups: When arriving at O'Hare or Midway, pick up your luggage and then call (800) 244-6200. Please have your confirmation number available.
HOURLY CHARTER RATES
Please call our office for hourly charter rates. A deposit is required on all charters. 10% Surface Transportation Charge, fuel surcharge and an automatic 15% gratuity will be added to all charter reservations. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sedan and limousine charter reservations, and a 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all other charters. *Must be 5-hour minimum.
SPECIAL EVENT CHARTERS
My Chauffeur Limousine Service offers a wide variety of specialty vehicles, including vans and buses for groups or special events. Due to travel time and congestion surrounding concert and sporting venues, trips to these locations are required to be a continuous charter. Examples of these venues include, but are not limited to: Wrigley Field, US Cellular Field, Soldier Field, First Midwest Bank Amphitheater.
WAITING TIME
Shared Car: Vehicles will depart 5 minutes after pick-up time, or will be subject to Private Car rates and wait time charges.
Private Car: There is a 15-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, there is a charge of $15.00 for every 15 minutes.
