Chauffeurs
My Chauffeur realizes how important it is to have well-qualified, professional chauffeurs servicing our clients. Our chauffeurs undergo 50 hours of training prior to getting behind the wheel. This includes 6 hours of map reading and 24 hours of in-vehicle training. All chauffeurs must pass a drug test prior to being contracted with My Chauffeur as well. We also drug test after an accident, at random, and under reasonable suspicion. My Chauffeur has a low chauffeur turnover rate. In 2007, we had 2 chauffeurs celebrate their 25th anniversaries with us.
Chauffeurs are equipped with Nextel radios and cell phones, and pagers. In addition, chauffeurs can utilize our 24-hour dispatch office for assistance with directions or order details.
